The National Quality Council (NQC) has endorsed the SIS10 Sport, Fitness and Recreation Training Package and with a review date of 21 December 2013.
Local Government Employees working in the sport and recreation areas of Councils , would benefit from this decision by the NQC

The ASU is the only Local Government Voice on the 'Sport and Recreation Advisory Committee' at Service Skills Australia , the Industry Skills Council that is responsible for this training package used by Local Government (LG) Employees , who provide (LG) Sport and Recreation services across the country.
