Julie Collins, at the launch of the Australian human rights commission
, tool kit " women in male dominated industries ".
The tool kit will help women increase participation in the
workforce, education and skills and training
The Minister in her address focused on Women in leadership
roles , the role of the tool kit, meeting the skills shortages challenges, the
importance of child care, and family flexible working hours.
The links between Women's participation in the work force and the above points of reform by the Federal
govt can't be underestimated...
